Hmm, on page 60 I found a short piece about VdGG from the NYC gig, but nothing on page 62 and 65.

Its the same article, the printed page # is 60 but if you scroll the full pdf, page 60 ends up 62 pages in.

My browser shows the pdf page number on the top right corner and it looks like page #15 was split up into 3 separate pages along the way.
