Joe Banks, author of the excellent 2020 book on Hawkwind, Days of the Underground, has announced on the Hawkbinge podcast that he has started writing a book on Peter / VdGG - 'a very, very deep dive into their music and Peter Hammill's ideas and his whole persona and what he's about and his philosophy''. Publication likely in 2025.
