At first I assumed it would be another boot, but it seems to be an official release:
A PH solo show from 1985, which was recorded for radio. I must have somewhere an incomplete version, the broadcast was only 1 hour, but this 2CD features the complete show. It includes liner notes by Hammill himself.
The setlist comes from many different albums from 1970 to the 1983 album Patient, the then latest release.

Thank you Lighthouse. Was about to post this myself. The album is already online on Spotify etc. Amazing quality! As PH provided the liner notes this is looks like an offical, but very sudden/ unannounced release.

It's on the MIG label who have released a few things from Radio Bremen. Always good quality a bit like official BBC broadcast releases

The label is the same on which both Rockpalast sets were released.
Interesting that PH so far hasn't bothered to announce it on his Sofa Sound website.

It's a good show with another intense performance and a very interesting choice of songs.
But I'm still not the greatest fan of PH solo on records, and still feel the songs mostly a bit too "naked" without any other instrument. All in all Hammill live works the best for me in a group constellation. Sad that so far nothing of the PH Quartet of the mid 90s was released official.
