I found this concert on YouTube a few days ago (it was only uploaded a few days ago...): www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYYJ_LgdtPQ&t=1107sUnfortunately there is no date given. I know that it's not the same show as the one at the Thames Polytechnic on 31 Oct 1975 because the set list is different. I was at the Thames Poly gig that was a few days after Charisma sent me a copy of 'Godbluff' for review; the concert started with 'Undercover man' which segued into 'Scorched earth' as per the record (PH stood and sang the first song without instrument then moved to his clavinet for the second song). There is knowing applause after (or before) one or two of the 'Godbluff' songs, suggesting that the concert took place after 31/10/75, in which case I wonder why I didn't go to it. The concert, of course, is well worth listening to (although I still don't like 'Gog'); knowing the date of the concert would be bonus points.

It's the famous Imperial College show from 14.10.1975. Again a version without Faint Heart & the Sermon.
Pretty good sound quality for 1975, it is actually my favourite VdGG boot. And Gog, well, I absolutely love that infernal version from this day. But the show from 31.10 is a similar good one.

Thanks for the tip on the boot gentlemen. I had a whole shoebox full of boots on cassette not long gone. Who knows what happened to it.
P.S. I do have one quite nice boot (I thought was one of the best I had at the time) of a PH concert from 1979n with G. Smith at the old Cellar Door in Washington D.C. that was on local radio here. I transferred it and cleaned it up and made a cover. Nice set list.
If interested PM me with your email address and I'll get round to posting it eventually. ;-)
